If you:
Don't have work experience at all Or
Want to get more gigs on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr and
Your areas of interest are Content Creation, Digital Marketing, Vlogging etc.?
Then I think you should create a blog and put your learnings there (the things you have tested, courses you took and what you learnt, reviews of software, products you don't like or any company you love or hate, etc.) - If you wrote some code, put them on GitHub, If you designed something, Dribble or Behance. Just make sure you put your experience out there, no matter how small.
The blog you build or online portfolio you set up will answer the question: What have you done? when you are looking for a Job or when anyone asks you.
To be honest, It's hard to give you a job when you're interested in Digital Content Creation/Marketing/Coding/Designing and you DON'T HAVE ANY EXPERIENCES OR HAVEN'T SHARED YOUR THOUGHTS ON THESE THINGS.
It handicaps me.
I won't know how to help you... because If I hire you, I'd have to train you too... from scratch. You can create a free blog with your phone on blogger.com.
I used to use Upwork before my current job. When applying to a gig, I just take a screenshot of my blog's homepage and attach it to the application. The employer looks at the blog, how well I can write etc.
Aside from my blog, most of the other jobs I've been hired for came through my Instagram as well because I display my works there.
These things basically answer the question: What have you done?
Plus, you get to make money from the blog too. So, that's a plus.
